We use personal information to respond to your requests, to connect you with partners in the LocalCares Network, to communicate with you (including marketing where you have consented), to improve and secure our services, and to comply with our legal obligations. Disclosure, “sale,” and “sharing” of personal information.
We disclose personal information to service providers who perform functions on our behalf. We also share the information you submit (a “lead”) with one or more partners in the LocalCares Network so they can contact you with offers and assistance relevant to your request.
Because we share lead information with marketing partners for advertising and lead-generation purposes, and because we use third-party advertising cookies, these activities may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” of personal information under the CCPA. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Your California privacy rights.
Subject to certain exceptions, California residents have the following rights:

- Right to delete personal information we have collected from you.
- Right to correct inaccurate personal information we maintain about you.

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct, or to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information, email us at privacy@mylocalcares.com with the subject line “California Privacy Request,” or call our Customer Care line. We will verify your request using the information we have on file before responding.
You may also opt out of certain online tracking by enabling a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal in a supported browser, and by adjusting your cookie settings.
Authorized agents.
You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. We may require the agent to provide proof of your authorization and may require you to verify your identity directly with us.
